This newly renovated space is unique not only because of the enormous balcony that overlooks the Cape Fear River, but also the attention to detail that will make your stay perfect! Equipped with a TV in both the living and bedroom, multi jet spa shower, coffee, plenty of dishes, and convenience to anywhere you need to go downtown! This listing is for the entire condo, there are no shared spaces. Guests will also have a parking place to use throughout the stay and can enjoy an easy self check-in with key pad.
